Not one to shy away from a challenge or learning experience, Jamie joined our team as a relatively new developer, getting himself through the door courtesy of a cover letter outlining how his need for a new challenge saw him learning Ruby on Rails, a new programming language to him, gaining a new qualification as a mature aged student, and ultimately successfully building his own app. Given management at Capture believes the best kind of solutions architect is one who is willing to look outside their comfort zone and learn the necessary skills to deliver the best possible product, they quickly snapped him up.

Jamie is now fluent across several platform sand programming languages, including but not limited to Ruby on Rails, Vue.js, Heroku, GitHub, Bootstrap, jQuery, and CSS/Grid.
